What exactly you will do here:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Origination organization, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, engagement, innovation, and operational excellence
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Origination value chain, ensuring efficient, scalable, and customer-centric operations
- Shape and drive the future Origination operating model through digitalization, intelligent automation, AI-enabled processes, and strategic transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience, increase scalability, improve workforce productivity and support sustainable growth
- Partner closely with Product, Technology, Risk, Commercial and other stakeholders to design and deliver seamless customer journeys and strategic growth initiatives
- Drive business performance through clear KPIs, service levels, conversion metrics, productivity indicators, and data-driven decision-making
- Ensure robust risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, and operational resilience across all Origination activities
