What exactly you will do here:
- Design, further develop, and finalize an end‑to‑end leadership curriculum with a clear throughline across all leadership levels.
- Develop and deliver impactful leadership development formats, workshops, and interventions that strengthen leadership in day‑to‑day business.
- Act as a sparring partner and advisor to leaders and teams in transformation and change processes.
- Translate cultural principles into actionable leadership practices and behavioural anchors, integrating leadership, culture, and transformation into a coherent system.
- Lead and contribute to key organisational development projects, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, management, and the Organisational & People Development team.
