What exactly you will do here:
- Develop and implement a digital-first product strategy for personal loans - from ideation through development and launch to continuous optimization - ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations
- Create seamless, customer-centric digital experiences that drive efficiency, engagement, and growth
- Redesign onboarding and servicing processes to deliver frictionless, intuitive digital experiences across all touchpoints
- Use analytics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify pain points and opportunities for digital innovation
- Optimize credit decision workflows and integrate advanced automation to reduce turnaround times and improve accuracy
- Work closely with Risk, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to deliver scalable digital solutions and ensure compliance
